Yataghan inscription for translation

I've bought that yataghan recently.

It is inscribed, but I can figure out only the date, wich should be 1238 AH - 1822 or 1823 AD.

Can anybody translate the islamic script on the back of the blade?

When we say Greek for a yataghan, we refer to a geographic area roughly corresponding to modern Greece. It does not necessarily mean that the yataghan was made or used by an ethnic Greek, just that the form and decorative style and techniques are typical of that part of the Balkans. Prior to 1821 all of Greece was part of the Ottoman Empire, and even after the independence many areas of what is now Greece remained in the empire until the early 20th century. The Arabic script is therefore not at all surprising, and most probably in Turkish.
