Yes I do think so. I know this picture it is also from a website. There it also says this beak is a replacement as the original was gone.

When I have time I will try to make a better picture of the handle. I am thinking of restoring it...

Thank you for letting me know. I got the photo from my reference gallery but with no note on source. I'll make a note of it so it doesn't happen again. My apologies to the owner.
