Stone also has a similar piece in a pierced horn scabbard (under "bolo") and calls it Filipino.....
I have seen a talibon done in a similar style of carving with pierced horn scabbard. I tend to think this as PI....... |

The only problem is that each scabbard is one of a kind for each one of a kind piece. You would need to have one made for it.
