I have heard of lanolin in hand creams, and of course am aware of mineral oil, but is lanolin available as just a pure oil or cream by itself??...and if so where and by what name or brand?? Thanks for any help.

i got a tube of pure lanolin from the pharmacist at the local boots (chemist/drug store). by product of wool production, it's a very thick yellowish white grease with the consistency of vaseline.

PURE LANOLIN IS OK BUT YOU DON'T WANT THE NATURAL STUFF AS IT WILL MAKE YOUR COLLECTION SMELL LIKE A HERD OF SHEEP
