Well it depends what you are interested in. I am always looking for ways to upgrade my collection. I have two niuweidao, a duan jian, a set of shuang jian, a yanmaodao and a couple of duan dao I would be willing to let go. The cheapest would be a duan dao with a good inserted edge blade, original though crude iron fittings of village manufacture, and no scabbard for $250 shipped. It would take me a bit to organize photos.
Sorry, no chang jian, but I have a seven star chang jian blade that I might be willing to let go to a good home for $600. You might also consider this site: http://www.mandarinmansion.com/ Look for the antiques. The prices are good, and perhaps cheaper than what I have, especially for Europeans. However, Peter does not mark them sold very quickly, so what you see is not necessarily for sale still. Josh |
