Vikingsword as the site says :) , Jugenstil model ?

Hello dear members,
A colleague gave me this sword for identification ( and clean it ).
As you can see, it is a reproduction of a Viking sword, but a high-quality one featuring a beautiful, sharp damascus steel blade.
I repolish it, as it was dull and quite rusty.
The hilt is set with three stones—garnets, I believe—and features a steel pommel and guard with niello and silver damascening (both the pommel and guard are magnetic).
The scabbard is made of wood covered in lacquered leather, with fittings that match the style of the pommel and guard.
My colleague bought it as a late 19th-century ceremonial vikingsword—Art Nouveau style, made in France.
The motifs could indeed be Art Nouveau (1890–1910).
However, does someone have any idea where this piece might have been made?

It does not resemble to the Vinkungs Damascus pattern swords found for sale on the Internet.

To me, it looks more like early 20th-century Caucasian or Russian work, yet there are no hallmarks on either the blade or the fittings...

Logically, it could also be Scandinavian Jugendstil or Dragenstil work, but I haven't been able to confirm that with my search on internet.
