Confiscation, destruction, possibility of being subject to being brought before a court --- not to mention the inconvenience & legal costs.

These people do not play around.

Adam, I worked as an auditor, in government, for 37 years, I like to to believe that I understand well the mindset of bureaucrats. Do not believe for one moment that you can work around them. You want to come out of a confrontation with bureaucrats you need to know the law better than they do before the confrontation arises, & if you are not able to effectively represent yourself in legal matters get a very good lawyer and a reliable source of adequate funds.
