Rhino horn is not always translucent. I have one totally black under any light. And another one is a dark brown that is little translucent only in front of a very strong light. It has to do with the process or the different kind of rhinos? I don’t know.
I need to add that I love rhino horns too. But only proven antique ones. And only on antique daggers. I hate the idea that someone can kill a rhino today for a dagger. It is a crime Last edited by Yannis; 31st July 2006 at 06:00 PM. |
