Dear Mr. Maisey,

thank you your reflection on the Keris, and yes in the photograph the pendok is a bit coloured by the light, but i think it is similar to Djokja Silverware. I will make better pictures later. I have some good mendak laying in a box that is still unpacked and waiting for me on the attic.

I will lightly clean the wrongko, and polish it again. I know from experience the wood turns a bit more darker and makes it more vivid in colour.
