Unknown Instrument

I was recently at a Flea Market and I came upon this instrument;It didn't have any strings but it was cheap {AKA the song "Thrift Shop.").
I think that it could be from Indonesia or maybe the Philippines but I don't know.
Does anyone else know for sure?

Pictures would help. Or is it also in a thread elsewhere for a two stringed instrument?
