Default Tiwi Island sword club.

Adding this new perchase as there was until now no Tiwi Island club in EAAA. This arrived today ebay acution, I was the only bidder, is that a bad thing? The price was just about ok, a tad expensive. However in these days of hyper inflated, every piece of wood being an Oceanic throwing club days, I might be living with 20yr ago head. Anyway it was for sale in a similar but suped up posh looking online acution at a much higher price. It is one of those artifacts that is hard to quantify until in your hand as pictures alone give little of the objects charater. It is weighty and well balanced weight forward with qood bone snapping edges. The inner curve being the bussiness edge. Nice carved handle with a good patina quite possibly turn of the 19th century. Impact damage to the inside edge? 79cm long.
