Skull hilt on Napoleonic blade-Masonic?

Thank you for coming in Keith! Kinda figured at outset there would be ZERO response here , a bit unusual for mist here.
This is too big for a stick, but know exactly what you mean on Hollyweirs.

There is a grip and I think pommel, it is most certainly from a Napoleonic French cuirassier sword by the blade.
