Rick Vikingsword Staff Join Date: Nov 2004 Posts: 6,339	The Director's cut is a whole different movie ; about an hour of very important (to the story) material was left on the editing room floor . This new version is how Scott wanted us to see the film . I feel stupid saying this but I never really checked the second disc in the first DVD release .
