Hi,
Not only were these muskets converted from flintlock to percussion here is one converted to the Snider type system. This one was originally manufactured in 1818. Hi Rick,
Unfortunately this Snider conversion musket is not mine I wish it was. On another note I am at the moment corresponding with the curator at the Dutch military museum in the hope of getting more info re my musket.
