On this one you can clearly see the layers of Turkish ribbon (twistcore) in the blade. It is worth carefully etching to bring the pattern contrast out.

Do you think it's too a zeybek yatagan ( with broken hilt ears ? end of 19th century ?

I think it is from Asia Minor, though I suspect the ears were relatively small as opposed to the large T-shaped hilts usually associated with zeybeks.
