Its actually 'ayn-mim-lam, not alef. These are the alphabetical letters that make the arabic word " 'amal"

Abosultely correct, it is an 'ain-- I was in a noisy cafe, impossible to think clearly in there.

"'amal" means made by, or work of, Jens
