			This looks like a Pichoq (Bıçak) with the slightly up curving blade style of the Uyghers who have resided predominantly in the region known today as Uzbekistan, but extending into China as well as Afghanistan. The hilt is different from pichoq from other Turkmen regions (usually black). A clue is that Russians call this type of knife an “afghanka” on Russian language collector sites.
