Where is this African mask from?

I heard, but I am not sure if it is true, that such masks with "necks" are - suprisingly - from the south east Africa (Mozambique ?): I am curious if anybody could confirm this.

And this is the mask - with neck - I bought in Kinshasa - cca 15 years ago .... If anybody could help with allocation, I would be happy, too.
