It looks like a version of Mahakala, "The Great Black One", a very famous Buddhist protective deity.

Can you post a clearer pic of the face?

Here is a Little closer look.
I believe she is called Palden Lhamo.
I have found much interesting information on her.
I want to make sure I take care of this properly.
It is a truly beautiful piece of Art history
