Hi Roland.
What a beautiful and complete flask! WOW!!! Yes, Ottoman. Has a Persian look about it. The silver and enamel make for some of the most beautiful items. And the shoulder cord is as nice as the flask itself. An interesting feature is the hinged lid on the large end to facilitate filling the flask with powder. Never seen one designed like that. Very cool. What a great piece. Thanks for Posting.
