Trabzon area, end of 19th century most likely. Muslim Georgians call it " Babas Kama": Grandfather's dagger. There are examples of them in the new Kirill Rivkin's book ( see topic). |

been a while since I posted this but looking through reference materials (for nothing in specific) I saw something fairly similar to this (at least in the blade and scabbard)....Could this be a flyssa blade with a replacement handle?
