Norman McCormick Member Join Date: Oct 2007 Posts: 1,646	Hi Charles, Richard Plantagenet Temple-Nugent-Brydges-Chandos-Grenville, 3rd Duke of Buckingham and Chandos, Governor of Madras 1875-1880 amongst other things, pic of his Coat of Arms.
