I'm with Rick on this one...parts of a primitive tulwar reworked into its present state. It seems well-fitted, but many of them were. Afghan is an excellent guess. The toe piece on the scabbard like many of the Berber sheaths we've seen-
Iain, I was originally leaning towards parts from a European hanger, but those langets are definitely tulwar-ish ( )
