yes it does look like an US M3 Fighting knife blade , similar to this one I have .

I can't speak to the cultural crossovers here because I don't know enough about T'boli blades other than some basics, but I am expecting some interesting insight from other collectors of Filipino blades. |

Congrats, now I know it in good hands!
I was bidding as well but forget to give my final bid because a friend visiting me. Why you think it's an american blade? The dagger Thinreadline show is similar but not the same. It is without doubt a very interesting dagger, a little bit gunong like. Regards, Detlef |
