Wavy blade dagger

Any idee on the origine of this well-used dagger?
28 cm. The handle is brass. Thanks

Hello Congoblades, I am really not sure of what to say about this but looking at the full tang and the way the hilt is put together I would guess that this could possibly be someones homemade attempt a knife making.

Hopefully someone with more knowledge in this area than I have can contribute some accurate information for you on this item.
