You bet! It's a zero grind. It's flat from the spine to the edge and incredibly sharp. In scrubbing it after etching I accidentally flicked my fingernail against the edge. It went through the nail, into the meat, then as I jerked my finger back, cut a quarter inch trough through the end of the nail. OUCH! Now I have a U-shaped fingernail. She's a thirsty blade.
