Hi Jean, very interesting hilt, congratz..I'm attracted to own such that hilt..But dunno where I can find it so far To my eye, your Tilam Upih looks like pretty average of keris, sorry to say but sheath, scabbard, and specially Nyamba hilt are so nice..

Hello Karttikeya,
The sheath & hilt of my kris were made quite recently (not later than 1995) but by a master craftsman indeed. Regarding the blade, the dapur is not Tilam Upih but Brojol (no tikel alis), it is not a fantastic piece but a strong one with some age.
