The hilt, baka-baka, and scabbard are all later work. Only the blade is old.

Hullo David,
I've seen one very similar, half straight with 5 curves and a straight handle. The stirrup, ferrule and pommel were brass. The grip was wound with twine with a conical pommel. My guess is that the fittings/scabbard on yours are post-WWII. Best, |
