I feel a little bit unhappy about the second cartouche. The previous owner should have been more carefull. Deeds like that makes me very angry

Is there any possible guess what the inscriptions says?

It seems that I've mixed up the photos, there are three

On the other side of the blade, there are three differnt cartouches with writings. The second two with missing characters also, I'm affraid.
