It really looks as if made yesterday but I suggest mid to late 18 C. This is based on decoration style, blade shape and the quality of the chiseling and inlay. Great condition to age.

I think it is not a fake. The blade is real and early, 1900 or so. Spiral gave all the good reasons for it. The handle and the scabbard are crudely made but made for use and not for sale to tourists....
