the blade (according to the bladesmith) is monosteel (leaf spring ). Water quenched.

My father's Cristmas gift. A newly commissioned lambitan sword/bolo from Bukidnon, Mindanao.

The blade has brass inlays. Brass decor (shield) on its scabbard. Handguard: engravings....

According to a local bladesmith who does Bicol blades- these two are not Bicol blades. In my opinion (only mine)- they could be Aklan tenegre/tinegre talibongs.
