Default Cannon/Mortar Identification

Hey Guys

I just got a new addition to my collection. i don't really know how to identify this piece. The carriage seems to be correct as well as the paint. The barrel is non magnetic and has a diameter of 12cm. Maybe some of you might have a bit more information or literature about cannon/mortar production in Liege/Lüttich. I would also be glad if someone could identify the Regimental(?) description (in yellow.

I thank for your help.
Greetings Daniel
