The asang asang doesn't look suassa to me. More likely bronze. But man, i agree with all the rest. An awesome "archaic" kris in fine condition. Odds are good it has a twisted core as well. That hilt wrap is pretty nice too. The damage to the tail of the pommel is a shame, but i would simply live with it rather than try to restore it. It's not that bad really and shows some history.

The patina suggests to me that the asana-asang is bronze/brass and the ferrule perhaps low silver.
