Nice powder measures everyone. I've always "loosely" called these adjustable measures Ottoman, based on what I have read. Though a difference in decoration, note that most of this style of measure have a general build pattern. They look similar. Also note that the plungers work by simple friction without a set screw to keep it in a pre-determined position. I need to measure how many grains of black powder each mark represents. Just never got around to doing it. I found this one at the Baltimore Antique Arms Show a few years ago. It was in excellent, working condition.
