Thanks All.

I tried using 3M scratch remover for cars and used it on the spear lacquered pole. The result is awesome and no more scratches. It contains formula without wax so scratches are polished out and compound combines medium-cutting with fine finishing. I am happy with the result and thought to share with everyone.
