Default an other Pata sword

this is an other Indian sword i bought in the last year. these sword was mounted with an nice slimm european rapier blade. i donīt nothing about the exactly origin from these blade. spain, italian or maybe solingen but i think it is not an indian made blade.
at first i was surpriced because these small blade ( only 23 mm wide at the languets) but the blade wasnīt much wider. i found an similar pata by holstein. there is also such am slim blade mounted in these sword.
i like these sword because it was made for use. the gauntled is made from thik sheet of steel and nicely fluted, the arm holder is very massiv. the blade is strong enough for an fight. i think it was an very good weapon.
