Google translate can't handle fourbisseur. But I found a definition in a French dictionary: Person whose task is to furnish, mount or repair bladed weapons to make them brighter. Also, if you do a Google Image search for "Habit de Fourbisseur" there are a lot of entertaining images from other pages of the same book.
