Dear friends of IKRHS,
I'm sad to announce that our beloved Kukri godfather Berkely Bettis has passed away last week.
A man known to most serious Kukri people across the world, one of the Pioneers of International Kukri Research and Historical Society and an important contributor to our knowledge. Our condolences is with his family, may he rest in Peace. Berkley will be dearly missed and a great loss for our community.

In tribute to Berkley Bettis, 1946-2020.

Yes sad news. I always found him the gentleman and a good arbitrator when things got out of hand sometimes on the IKRHS forum. Very accommodating with his knowledge too.
