Yasou Eftihis,

This is a Serbian type we rarely see. And you're right, it does derive from the form you show in your post. There were a few of these in more elaborate mounts in the Askeri Muzesi when I was there in 2019. From your photos, I would place it in the latter 18th-19th century.
