Default Ottoman Empire dagger and another for ID

Hello,

Would you help me to ID this sword correctly, please. I believe it is some sort of Turkish long knife with yatagan blade maker marked in tugra style.
Total length 51.5 cm with 38 cm (15") long blade.
It does not seem to be too old, judging by the bakelite grips and I would date it to the early 20th century. More accurate information / description is highly appreciated.

Looks like an old blade remounted recently, but are you sure the grip scales are Bakelite and not Buffalo horn.
