Interesting Chinese!

All I can tell about its origin is that it has been in an old collection for 40 odd years.
Could it be a potentially old piece then

This is a copy of an ancient Chinese bronze sword. These have been made in tens of thousands for at least 150 years. Buying an original sword is equivalent to winning $100,000 in the lottery.
