So definitely not Persian !!

Again Thank's a lot Kwiatek !!

I found this indian tray on internet dated 19th century

with the same signature,
Hadji Aziz al-Din and Hadji Ilyas Shah,

two respectable/Hadj persons / craftmen ?...

The picture comes from a belgian Museum,
