			Hi

I am looking to identify a sword and it is for sale on line site as such I am not going to put up a posting as I understand the rules. However, I can't figure out what it is Is there any on line resource where I can peruse all the different sword types to try and get an identification once I know the name then I can look for information how I would describe the sword is middle eastern, I think, curved narrow blade, no cross guard and it is not a dha as the handle is a lot shorter, and has what I would describe as ears if anyone wants to hazard a guess on the above description please do regards Ken |

			Hi Ken'

Not a great deal to go on, you could try Shaska sometimes 'ears' and curved blade no guard, Yataghan definitely ears no guard forward curving blade, maybe also Flyssa could match description but less likely. Regards, Norman. |
