Hi Maurice,

Yes, these are some shell like pieces.
I have seen them on necklaces too.

I think it is not the entire shell, but a part of shell, grinded down, or maybe some kind of closure/cap found on some shells.

I have 2 paraphernalia.I picked them up from the street in Rotterdam yesterday!
I gave them to my kids!

Not bad at Eur 18,-
