truely, very original "saïf"

yesterday I wrote; second dedicace, more interesting ... really
judge by yourself ....
according with the dedicace, it's seem that this "saïf" has been offer as present to some one bearing a turkish title
translation
Zafer Ibn Mohamed lai "Saheb Al Sa'hada"
Zafer son of Mohamed to "His Excellency"
"Saheb Al Sa'hada" is a turkish civilian title, used for Minister e.i.
but what is strange; no name before the title
