It a BBQ day!
What are you throwing on the grill?
As for me, it's Georgian Mtsvadi ( AKA Armenian Khorovats, Azeri Kebap, and Shish Kabob to the palefaced ).
Just cubes of beef on shampurs, but since I marinated it , it became Mtsvadi Basturma. Goes great with Georgian wines: simple, robust and the most unusual taste (they are made from native varieties that are unknown anywhere and had been used locally for thousands of years).
