From US bring backs, I'll guess it's southern Mindanao, maybe from the Cotabato area. The textiles on the sheath look interesting. They may have been added to "sell" the piece. If they are 100 years old, I think they add to the value. You see a lot of old swords come out of Southern Mindanao with receint textiles added.
