A SWORD MACHETE WOOD HANDLE FOR JUNGLE ADVENTURE  looks like a nice Khyber knife  been wanting one of these for years now....from the same estate sale: GURKHAS SWORD ARCHED VERY EFFECTIVE  with a little luck ,maybe it'll be wootz, if not, looks to be a nice old tulwar in good shape with a new scabbard. i've got some strong vinegar &/or some FeCl3 to see if there is any pattern. will post more pics if there are any markings, etc. when they arrive. |
