I think that's a trick of perspective; the scabbard is just facing us edge on. The blade itself is clearly a forward curved one.

For me the truncated perspective in the picture
is for the curved sword indeed ...🙂
And the guy don’t seems to wear a Turkish greek or balcanic suit...

What do you mean, these are Balkan clothes, the pants in particular are very Albanian.

I don't see how it could be anything but a yatagan.

I did a quick google reverse image search and I found him listed as Albanian:

And what about a picture of a similar sword /swordcane model ?
That would be helpful for an ethno item , right place am I right ??, ethnographic arms.and armors ,

Has anyone else noticed/commented that the two globes making up the pommel for the original post are aligned with the edge and spine of the blade? The ears of a yataghan are aligned with the flat sides. I don't think the yataghan analogy holds up.
