Thank you all - I appreciate the pointers. I managed to find a copy of the Petard volume that wasn't hideously expensive shipped to the U.S.; I'm tracking the others down now.

The problem with the Petard work is that I'm a completionist, and now I've got a compulsion to get the whole set
